Even though I have my own Party store... I am a huge fan of "all" party stores. Especially, this one. "Fancy That" is a party store in Hillsboro, Oregon. It's across town from where I live but it's nestled in this cute walking neighborhood called Orenco Station. One of my sweet friends is the owner of this adorable brick and mortar store.
