A week ago, I was watching a television show called "The Chew" and I saw this amazing segment about a man with a HUGE Heart! Chef Chad Houser offered 3 young men a job... these children were incarcerated before the age of 18 for non-violent crimes. These boys have been labeled by the juvenile justice system as "throwaways"- children who were discarded by society. Therefore, Cafe Momentum was born.
