Pumpkin cupcakes with cream cheese frosting are such a FUN treat on Thanksgiving! My Mom always bakes up amazing pies for Thanksgiving- pies are her thing! Me on the other hand, I love adding to the already delicious celebration and love adding cupcakes and/or cookies. This year it’s Pumpkin Cupcakes… I used a boxed cupcake mix as well as cream cheese frosting pre-made. I could have home made the cupcakes and frosting but I was so excited to frost the cupcakes with my dessert decorator. I needed quickness! Heehee… I am completely in LOVE with this marble cake stand. I first noticed it when Ellie and I were in Arizona and we went to Ruze Cake House + Teaspressa it’s a marble top on a wood base. Perfect of Thanksgiving!
