The Flair Exchange is an amazing “Paper Source” company based in Florida. All of their products are unique because they make everything from scratch. They source raw materials & transform them into finished, packaged party goods. They source materials locally… their tissue paper and balloons are also manufactured in the USA too. Years ago she started selling a few pieces to friends and launched an Esty Store in 2010. An explosion occurred and she since has expanded into a full e-commerece website with 50 retailers selling in the US and internationally. Congratulations!! Well deserved… Your products are amazing.
