Fall in Colorado

Hotel Boulderado
Last weekend Jason and I visited Boulder, Colorado. A group of friends came with us to watch University of Oregon play againist Colorado University- We stayed at this Historic Hotel called Hotel Boulderado. It was built in 1909… Read the History of this amazing Hotel HERE
Cheers!
The “Corner Bar” seemed to be our favorite spot to hang out… It was right off 13th Street- Their happy hour drinks and food were delicious! This sweet bar was situated on a great viewing corner with a relaxing patio. The weather was perfect- a little Fall crisp in the air, but comfortable.
Flatirons/Chautauqua

The leaves were starting to change, Boulder was beautiful… A group of us decided to venture off for a Hike, the Flatirons- at Chautauqua Park. We all were excited and on board until we started our Hike and noticed it was 2-3 miles straight up this rock trail- Eeeeek! We all started laughing and decided we ALL will do this together. I’m so glad we did! I had the BEST time… Thank you sweet Friends. We also stacked some rocks… Heehee- I loved this part!

The Sink
The Sink is such a FUN restaurant- This yummy place was featured on Food Network. Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives. The Sink is known for their Pizzas and Burgers. They also have been featured in USA Today. Yummy!
Colorado University
One morning, I went on a run and I ran through the Campus. The buildings are so beautiful… Every building looks the same. This stacked stone was everywhere with Red tiled roofs. Their campus was very clean. Simply beautiful!

Friday night before Game Day- we went out for dinner. I felt like dressing some what “Colorado style” with the Fur and Boots. I had to rock a bit of yellow to represent “The Ducks” The HAT wasn’t part of my styled look, there was a hat stand and we were trying hats on. This one reminded me of one my Dad would love! Super Cute- We had such a great weekend! Tomorrow on the Blog… I’ll post about Game Day!
