While in Arizona- We eat Guacamole… I have always love tacos + burritos. My Mom would always ask her kids what we’d like for dinner as she was planning out the families weekly meals schedule and I ALWAYS told her tacos + burritos! I like the TexMex style of Mexican Food. Chips and Salsa, Fresh Guacamole, Shredded Chicken and Spanish Rice. Yummo- I’m making myself hungry. While I was away at the BASH conference last week, I ate at this amazing restaurant Aunt Chilada’s. I ate enough chips, guac and salsa for a lifetime- but now that I’m home, I’d love to go back… I finally realized why I love Mexican so much, besides tasting so yummy… It’s the COLORS! It scream FIESTA… and I’m all about parties. Seriously, if you are in Tempe, AZ. you must stop by for a delish meal. Happy Friday- Enjoy your weekend!
