Mini Heart Balloons

Eeeeek! I am so excited to be announcing these NEW little mini balloons have arrived in my SHOP! I love balloons but mini's are even better... they come 5 in one package and they are multi color in each package. I went to a Valentine's lunch last year and the host used these as a backdrop to her dessert table. I fell in LOVE! You can also use them as decorations on the table itself. Valentines Party

I can't believe all the amazing Valentine's Day goodies at Target! I found these cute cups and candy dishes in the dollar section. I loved adding my sweetheart plates and napkins to this party design to really give it The Valentine's Day feel. I love hearts anytime of the year... Can I just say how adorable these cookies turned out! They don't only look amazing, they taste delicious as well. My baker friend over at Cookies By Courtney did it again! Target Valentines Style

  Besides being candy jar obsessed, I am also completely obsessed with Targets dollar section! These were $3 each... I found my sweet Nob Hill knock offs at TARGET. Yep, you heard right... the glassware and the candy dishes surprisingly both are glass not plastic. I also found the smaller cookie stand there too. Targets Valentines section could have been a problem for me but I was able to grab and go! I only had a small amount of time to get in and out of there and I wasn't going to look for Valentines stuff. (heehee) If you think it's all junk and you just walk by because it's cheaper... Sugared Cranberries

Ingredients 2 cups sugar 2 cups water 2 cups fresh cranberries 3/4 cup fine sanding sugar Directions Combine sugar and water in a small pan and bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and let cool for 10 minutes. Place the cranberries in a bowl and pour the syrup over the top. Let cool completely, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate overnight. Drain cranberries in a colander over a bowl, reserving the syrup for another use. Place sanding sugar in a shallow dish. Add the cranberries in batches, rolling to coat with sugar. Cosmic Tubing

What a FUN evening! Christmas Eve, Eve- My Brother-in-law & Sister-in-law, Jason & I all took the kids up to the mountain for a exciting Christmas  adventure. We went up to Mt. Hood for "Cosmic Tubing!" We arrived right when they opened at 5pm and tubed for hours. We also warmed up half way through in the lodge. The Kids got Hot Chocolates & French Fries while the Adults took "Shot-Ski's" 4 shots on one ski taken at the same time. Warmed me right up... Late night, after tubing... we headed down the mountain and ate pizza at Paola's Pizza in Sandy, Oregon.
