Holiday Decorations

I love the Holiday's! Decorating is so much FUN especially when I'm hosting events... I enjoy taking my time when decorating, I might style something and decide to change a week later. I love decorating early to accommodate for me switching things up a few times. This year things seemed to work pretty well. I only changed around a few items. I keep my Holiday colors traditional Red and Green so each year I can add to my decorations and I'm not breaking the bank to do it. Winter Break Attire

Cozy At Home

I love being home! With 2 teenagers, we are so busy buzzing around town and I just LOVE it when we are home and can get cozy in Pajamas... My favorite stores for pajamas/lounge wear are ILY Couture & Mindy Mae Market. They have the cutest styles as well as being super comfortable. Jenny Cookies Grand Opening

My friend Jenny Keller opened her very first Bakery Jenny Cookies Bake Shop this last weekend. I had the privilege of attending the Opening Day! Oh my goodness, the line to get in was out the door and around the corner! The Bakery is nestled in a small town North of Seattle, Washington called Lake Stevens. The Bakery was everything I imagined it to be and more... Besides all the yummy treats and cute decorations. I have to say my favorite was the custom tile work on the floor at the front entrance of the Bakery by Eylander Tile. Johnston Style Black Friday Sale

I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving! My sweet baby girl was sick this last week. (tear) So, we ended up NOT being able to travel for the Holiday. We stayed home and I ended up cooking the full Thanksgiving dinner for my little crew. Royal Touch

Today's Thanksgiving table scape is what I call the Royal Touch! I'm loving the gold chargers, especially paired with the zebra goblets. I can completely see me having Thanksgiving dinner with Prince William + Princess Kate (heehee) Ok, maybe the zebra goblets might be a little on the edgy side for the Princess. Hawaii Recap

We just got back from Hawaii! We took the kids out of school while they had some days off for conferences. The weather was wonderful- lots of water activities. Paddle boarding, snorkeling, swimming, boating. We also toured the Macadamia Nut Farm, something I've always wanted to do. I wanted to wait until the kids were with us. Bucket List (check) Ellie has always wanted to take a paddle board Yoga class, we did that... (check) Jason of course wanted to golf... Thanksgiving Outfits

I LOVE Thanksgiving! Sweaters, boots, hats and scarves are a few of my very favorites styles for Thanksgiving day. I love keeping it casual because we usually are cooking all day and relaxing watching football. Every other year we travel to my parents house in Bend, Oregon. The weather is crisp and cool during these time of year, so these adorable outfits are perfect for inside or out... I love to  grab a scarf to take a walk while the turkey is cooking.
