Fancy That Party Store
Even though I have my own Party store... I am a huge fan of "all" party stores. Especially, this one. "Fancy That" is a party store in Hillsboro, Oregon. It's across town from where I live but it's nestled in this cute walking neighborhood called Orenco Station. One of my sweet friends is the owner of this adorable brick and mortar store. Make More Mistakes
I love these adorable pencils! I just order some for my Shop. (coming soon) When I was a young girl I LOVED designer pencils. The only cool pencils I could find were Sanrio (aka) Hello Kitty, these were sold in specialty stores and you might be lucky and get one in your treat bag from a girlfriends birthday party. Cookie Workshop
Freaking out that I was able to attend Jenny Cookies Workshop in Seattle! Jenny and I have become "sweet" friends and she only hosts 2 of these workshops a year! Last year, I wasn't able to make the dates. She hosts 1 in the Spring and 1 during the Holiday time. Besides learning her secret sugar cookie + butter cream recipes, we also learned how to decorate these adorable cookies. So much FUN!! I had the BEST Mother's Day weekend! I was in Los Angeles for the weekend and even though I missed my Babies, I had a wonderful time at the Create + Cultivate Conference. I met some amazing people and made connections that will last a lifetime. ShopStyle Collective is a company that I work with and once I got an email saying they would be hosting this event I was on board, I knew I had to go... Cute as a button, is what comes to mind when I think of my "Sweet" friends Cookie Store! Last weekend, I was in LA for a creative conference and I had to stop into this adorable Cookie Store. Courtney and I met in Nashville last year at another conference we both attended. The best part about conferences is you get to create life long friendships with other creatives.
