Friday Night, Date Night! We drove into Downtown, Phoenix to go to dinner and we fell upon the cutest Pizzeria. This restaurant was AMAZING... They had fresh salads, wonderful pasta's and out of this world pizza. We all ordered different things and shared. I love Arizona nights, they are so warm and it reminds me of summertime in Oregon. Eric Church Concert
While we were in Arizona for Evan's baseball trip -I was lucky enough to get to go to The Eric Church concert! Another Baseball Mom knew he was in town and bought a few tickets, she asked if I wanted to come. Ummmm... "FOR SURE!" I said. Hiking In Arizona
While in Arizona, We Hike! Ellie and I love the weather in Arizona. It's dry and hot! We love fun trails and hiking paths however you need to go hiking first thing in the morning especially if you are trying to beat the heat! Ellie and I hiked up North Mountain Park Trail #44. Praying For London
My friend Heather Crabtree just found out her 9 year old sweet baby girl London has be diagnosed with a rare form of pediatric cancer. I am feeling every emotion and I can't even imagine how my friend and her family are feeling! London is the most kind, lovable girl and she has the biggest heart. While she just started her treatment, she has been comforting other children, families and even her own nurses. London is fearless and has such a huge heart for life! When I was in Arizona the end of August, Ellie and I went to this sweet little Tea Shop/Bakery that just opened! It's located in Old Town Scottsdale- Ruze Cake House & Teaspressa partnered in this one location. Ruze Cake House is a Bakery that specializes that was founded on the principle that using local and sustainable ingredients makes for a better and fresher tasting wedding cake. Sprinkles Cupcakes is always FUN to experience! I am completely in LOVE with cupcakes... Cupcakes make me happy. While we were in Arizona for Baseball we knew we had to stop in and treat ourselves. I was excited to see Sprinkles was honoring (Spring Training) they had team logos on the top of some of their favorite flavors.
