We know Summertime is here when it's Strawberry Jam canning time! We have the most amazing Oregon Strawberries and when they are in season everyone around here is eating them... To make them last longer then their small season, our family likes to can them. We love to give them away as gifts and keep some for home. Happy Memorial Day... I hope you are relaxing and enjoying your day off. I also hope you are planning a BBQ to celebrate. This could be a big neighborhood event or just family.
