Five Daughters Bakery
During my Mastermind Retreat my friends and I went to 12th South shopping and happened upon this delicious Five Daughters Bakery where we found the most amazing doughnuts! This particular Bakery prides themselves on having a flakey type treat. These doughnuts are so different than any other I've ever tried. They are super flakey almost like layers of a croissant. I think... YOU might think all I do is EAT? (laughing emoji) I have another restaurant to try IF you are ever in Nashville! BISCUITS LOVE... This is a breakfast place where you can indulge in biscuits and gravy. I couldn't decide so I picked a few things off the menu. Sweet Tea is always a must when traveling in the South, I got my gravy sauce on the side because I wasn't sure how much they put on and I wanted to taste it but I didn't want it to be soaked in gravy. Bar Taco
One of my very favorite places to eat is Bar Taco in Nashville. I've been here a number of times and I really crave it when I'm home. During my Mastermind Retreat we all went for Lunch. I got their seasonal watermelon margarita, which was so refreshing. Bar Taco is super casual and basically all a cart style menu. We got table side guacamole for all of us to share and I got a couple of my favorite tacos. Ok- seriously, I'm in Heaven! I could eat Taco (Tex Mex) everyday... YUMMO! While in Nashville we had to stop by Jeni's Ice Creamery! Bucket list - check... I mean really look at this Ice Cream cone. Mastermind Retreat
I'm so excited to be in Nashville again for a Mastermind Retreat. The Savvy Business Owners OG's are what we call ourselves. I am truly blessed to be among such amazing women entrepreneurs. We rented a AirBNB and stayed all together in one house. We giggled, laughed and cried together. We spoke about each of our businesses, we helped each other goal set and problem solve. Running a business can be daunting but when you have friends and people who understand what you are going through as a business owner it makes a such a difference. Eeeeek! I'm so excited to share with you one of my "bucket list" items... Going to Reese Witherspoon's boutique DRAPER JAMES in Nashville, Tennessee. Last year, when I was in Nashville, Draper James hadn't opened. I knew that I wanted to go when I came back this Fall! I'm so glad I did... It was wonderful. It's such a girly girl store. Exactly what I was hoping and more! Amazing clothes, totes, cell phone covers, fabulous dresses and dishes. I bought ALL OF THE ABOVE!
