Pieology is a new restaurant that just opened in our community. Who better to take to try it out then, Evan and my nephew Derek. These boys are Pizza lovers and were super happy to try the newest restaurant in town! The idea is that it’s an individual oven baked pizza that you pick your own toppings. It’s almost like walking through the line in Subway… The pieologist makes the pizza right in front of you, then places it in the wood-fired oven for 3 minutes. Both boys gave it two thumbs up! They are already talking about what they are choosing next time. Great job Pieology! Welcome to the neighborhood. 🙂
