Jake Run

Yesterday, we did the Jake Run! What an amazing event... This is a Memorial Run- raisied money for a scholarship for one of our Seniors from Clackamas High School. Two (2) New Year Eves ago our Friend/High School Baseball coach and his son (Jake) was in a tragic car accident. Eight (8) year old Jake did not survive. This is the second year of the "Jake Run" and this year was a great success! The volunteering and community support was amazing! We love and miss you Jake! Volunteering

Every year around this time... I get over whelmed by all the volunteering I do. Junior High Dances as well as end of year events, CHS High School Seniors Graduating Exit Plan, JBO Baseball Fundrasing, Local Fundrasing 5k/10k Event in Community and CHS Dance Team Season Openers (These are just a few) Then... Memorial Day BBQ

Happy Memorial Day... I hope you are relaxing and enjoying your day off. I also hope you are planning a BBQ to celebrate. This could be a big neighborhood event or just family. No matter how big or how small your celebration... Celebrate! Fire up that BBQ... Pack in' up

We are heading out of town for the long Hoilday weekend. I am super excited! Today we are going to Brasada Ranch. The boys are golfing while Ellie and I hang at the Pool. I'm packing a few of my favorites. Brasada Ranch is a gorgeous resort in Central Oregon about twenty minutes East of Bend. Two Neutral

Dover White and Basket Beige are the two Neutrals I used to paint my dining room. I'm obsessed with stripes and I love my finished product! Our dining room is super happy now that it has a new paint job. I love painting and thought this stripe design would be perfect for this room. We have one large window on the North wall and the South wall is open with wood work but the two side walls have chair railing, which I love but it just needed a little something extra. "Stripes!"
