This last weekend, Jason and I had an impromptu “Date Night!” Jason really loves McMenamin’s restaurants. He decided to surprise me and plan a date night all by himself. He took me out to Edgefield McMenamin’s, we walked through the beautiful gardens and ate dinner outside next to a fire pit. Seriously, one of the sweetest nights EVER… I really wasn’t wanting to have FUN! But, ended up having a wonderful night. Edgefield has a small movie theater on site. It’s a two story theater and Jason had bought tickets to “Alice Through The Looking Glass” in the balcony.  So, after dinner we went and watched the movie. It was such a nice adventure and super thoughtful on Jason’s part. I would do it again in a heartbeat! If you are ever in Portland this summer for vacation, Edgefield is a super fun place to go. I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend! This week is the LAST week of school for my kids- Good Luck on finals! It’s ALMOST Summer.
