I went to a 5:30am cycle class yesterday morning! I decided to try something NEW... Each year and every season I spice up my workout routine. If I don't, I get bored- So I decided to add into my workout schedule a cycle class. Oh my goodness- I had a BLAST! I only almost fell off the bike once...
