Together Experience Recap
I had a BLAST! The Together Experience was everything I hoped for and MORE... I was a little under the weather, but I think I held my own. I'm already looking forward to next year! All of the Speakers were awesome. One of my very favorites was Rachel Allene, she shared how to style photos- and because I'm a hands on girl... it was my favorite! The Nines
I am so excited to be at The Nines Hotel in Downtown Portland. This is where my conference is being held! A group of us had drinks and appetizers last night and ventured over to the roof top for a few photos. I was a bit chilly to sit outside but in the Summer time I'm pretty sure it's a awesome place to hang. Even though I live in Portland, I haven't ever stayed at The Nines Hotel. For me this was a FUN staycation! The suites are so CHIC... I love my room and wall paper on the walls. The Together Experience
I am so excited about being a part of such an amazing experience! The Together Experience is getting ready to start and here are a few sneak peeks. We had a welcoming dinner last night and I enjoyed meeting others speakers as well as some of the attendees. Devan from Nimbi Creative hand picked her speakers, she thought out every detail and made this wonderful event possible. She dreamed of a conference with creative women in her hometown of Oregon and brought the dream to a reality. Popcorn Forever
I am am over the moon exited to have partnered with Poplandia Popcorn, Portland's #1 popcorn company. I am on the decorationing committee for Clackamas High School's baseball team. I knew when we decided to go with the Lights, Camera, Action theme for our annual auction that POPCORN would play a FUN part of the night. Poplandia was completely on board with my idea! We had gallons of flavored popcorn around the auction. Buttery Bust, Sea Salt Caramel and Sharp White Cheddar. It was a hit as guests snacked on this delicious treat. Together Experience
I can't believe Christmas is OVER! (tear) We are out of town at my parents home in Bend, Oregon. They have buckets of snow!! I'm taking a little family time away before the New Year starts. I have some AMAZING news... I'm SPEAKING at a Conference in February. I am over the moon excited and honored to be part of this group of women entrepreneurs. Urban Fondue
This last Saturday was Evan's Birthday! We had such a FUN evening... Evan had a Baseball Tournament all weekend, so making plans for dinner was kinda difficult. Once we knew his game times on Saturday I was able to make reservations. Evan chose this yummy Fondue place in NW Portland. Jason and I have been there before with friends but thought it would be something the kids would like as well. Our reservations were at 9pm (ugh!) Ellie's First Prom
She had the best Date ever. Ellie and Aaron went to Prom with this huge group of friends from school. Ellie started the day by heading to Starbucks and then off to her hair appointment. After her hair appointment she met her best friends (Taylor and Olivia) for pedicures. Ellie was especially excited for her pedicure after a long week of dance tryouts (she made the team) and after her half Marathon last weekend. Well deserved. Once they were done with the pedicures all the girls came over to our house and helped Ellie finished getting ready!
