We DID IT! Ellie and I feel so accomplished. I am so proud of Ellie for finishing her first Half Marathon. We woke up at 3:30am, got ready and made our way to the start of the race. We raced through California Adventure and through Disneyland. We of course had to stop and take a few photos along the way! I had one of the BEST Mother's Day Ever. Wonderful memories with my sweet girl. I'm so excited for the relaxing weekend ahead... Ellie is going to her first Prom on Saturday. (Yeah!) Photos to follow next week. Race Prep
Big Day! This day we were prepping for "Race Day." Ellie and I went to the Expo Center to get our bibs for the race, we shopped the Expo where they had everything RUNNING you could imagine. New Balance had a special "Tinkerbell" running shoe that you can only purchase on site. Tu-tu's to fancy headbands. More runners run in costume than not...
