Tomorrow is the Day! The Kentucky Derby... Here are a few treats you can make while enjoying the race. I found these adorable Derby cookie on Bakeat350.blogspot.com aren't these cute? You could make any shape cut out cookie, I think a two circles one smaller than the other, stacked would make a cute Derby Hat. With your cookie you also would need some "Sweet" Tea.
