We celebrated my Parents Birthdays this last weekend! Happy Birthday Mom and Dad… They both turned “70!” Evan snapped this adorable selfie of all three of them. (I love it) I made this yummy Chocolate Ice Cream Cake for them. I’ve never made it before, but I had it as a child… My Mom always entertained and made not only amazing dinners but she also made delicious desserts. This being one of them… She gave me this recipe years ago but I just had to share it with y’all. My kids loved it! It’s super easy, but so satisfying. It is definitely summer time around here because Evan had this Ice Cream Cake leftover on his waffle for Breakfast this morning! (Ugh!) Hope you enjoy it as much as we did. Have great Day!
