Happy 2020

Happy New Year! I can’t even believe it’s 2020. Last year was a whirlwind and I’m already looking forward to the fresh start of the New Year. I’ve noticed a lot of bloggers + influencers talking about how they don’t like resolutions and goal setting. They say “Why does the New Year matter? Well, I say… Whatever works for YOU! If the New Year helps get YOU started goal setting, cleaning out that bathroom drawer, eating healthy and setting resolutions. Then, I say “DO IT!” Every year I set resolutions for the whole year. I also set monthly goals (personally & business) Lastly, I soul check… I decide what kind of person I want to be throughout the year. Do I want to carry someone else’s burdens or should I let things go. How much of my energy is healthy for me to give.

INTENTIONAL – This is my word for 2020! I want to be intentional with my time, my thoughts, my habits. I want to be 100% present when my kids talk to me. I want to spend time doing things I love. I want to have clear thoughts. I want to spend time with people who fill my heart. (people that make me happy + bring something to our relationship)

CHEERS to 2019 – Pop the Champagne… We SOLD our house. We are between homes right now. We moved out the beginning of December and let me tell you- NOT the best time to move. The Farmhouse will be ready hopefully in the Spring/Early Summer. Now that the Holidays are behind us and we are settled, we can move quicker on the construction of our home. Both kids were home for Christmas and how I love having them home. We are all taking a trip to Mexico for Spring Break. I can hardly wait to be back together again.
