The Keepsake Kitchen Diary

These prints are created from a sweet friend of mine Valerie McKeehan owner of Lily & Val. Valerie is the most wonderful chalk artist. She started doodling chalk pieces years ago and realized she had a passion for being creative and even better yet people wanted to buy her pieces.

Valerie started with white chalk at first then over time added more color to her prints. In 2016 Valerie launched her very first flagship store and opened a brick + mortar in Pittsburgh.

Her Keepsake Kitchen Dairy is my very first GIFT IDEA for Christmas 2017. I’m going to be sharing a lot of my favorite ideas throughout this Holiday season. One of my favorite family memories was my Mom gifting my siblings and I each recipe boxes FILLED with family/friends recipes that we had grown up eating. I cherish this box more than words can say. She typed and laminated every card and filled (4) recipe boxes. I know, right? She’s the BEST! These recipes are a part of ME and my families history. So when you’re gift giving, remember to be creative and give a gift that keeps on giving. This Keepsake Kitchen Dairy does just that! Happy Shopping .
