Pantry Organization

Happy New Year! I love decorating for the Holidays but there is something so freeing to pack it up and put it all away when the Season is over.

I also love entertaining during the Season so my pantry begins to be the caught all for a lot of leftovers. I had half eaten boxes of crackers, 4 extra cans of frosting, extra candies for decorating. I bought three boxes of Chex cereal so I could make Chex Mex but never got around to it. (finally I did)

So, once I got all my Christmas decorations put away I headed straight to the pantry for a little clean out.

When we built this house, I wanted a pantry large enough to house a cabinet with draws and a counter top to place our toasters on. The pantry has 3.5 sides and it’s all shelving. I place my cake stands, glass jars, baskets on one side and the other side is where we organize the food.

This back wall is where I use my jars of ingredients almost daily. My toasters are practical and I am completely obsessed with serving snacks off of my wood boards. It’s where my KitchenAid lives and where I stack cake stands.

The pantry ended up better than I imagined and it’s definitely is one of my favorite rooms in the house.
