Evan loves pancakes! Jason and I thought we’d surprise Evan and take him to a special place in Portland called “Slappy Cakes”. This FUN restaurant has a griddle in the middle of the table where you make your own Pancakes! Too exciting- oh my word they have so many choices to choose from… Evan choose Red Velvet with white chocolate chips, I on the other hand choose… Buttermilk pancakes with coconut shavings and butterscotch chips! Yummo- we had such a great morning.
