It’s Summertime! I love doing different things to my hair during the Summer… I really like pulling it back and keeping it off my face and neck. This keeps me cooler when we have warm weather like we have had the last few days. I’m loving every minute of this sunshine. These are four (4) of my favorite looks right now for Summer!
1) Tasseled Braid Pony- Pull a little hair in front of your ear and let hang while you then braid two (2) braids straight down one side, secure with small hair bands while you pull together the rest of the ponytail. Once the ponytail is secured take out the small hairbands that were on the braids.
2) Twisted Bun- Pull two (2) larger pieces in front of each side of your ears, let hang… create a twisted bun in the back side of your hair. Keep it low and on your neck. Once the bun is secured, take each side of the larger piece by your ears and twist it back and secure it right above the bun. Do each side.
3) Pony Half-Braid- Just like it says… Ponytail, secure half-braid then add another hairband to secure end of the braid, keep it loose and flowy.
4) Braid to Bun- Just like #2 but instead of twisting the sides, braid each side and secure it over the top of the bun.
