INGREDIENTS ½ cup water 1 cup granulated sugar 2 cups fresh cranberries First, combine ½ cup of water and ½ cup of sugar in a medium saucepan and heat until the mixture comes to a simmer. Crustless Pumpkin Pie
Ramekins | Gold Stand | Nail Polish I’ve never made soufflés before now! I just bought these adorable individual ceramic ramekins with lids and instantly thought Pumpkin Pies would be perfect. I couldn’t figure out how to add the crust so I decided why not try crustless pies. They are amazing! Truth is I LOVE the crust of the pie probably better than the filling. I made the soufflés just like a regular pumpkin pie but baked it a bit differently. I poured the pumpkin mixture into each ramekin and then set the ramekins into a 9x13 baking dish. Sugared Cranberries
Ingredients 2 cups sugar 2 cups water 2 cups fresh cranberries 3/4 cup fine sanding sugar Directions Combine sugar and water in a small pan and bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and let cool for 10 minutes. Place the cranberries in a bowl and pour the syrup over the top. Let cool completely, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate overnight. Serendipity in Vegas
This last weekend, Jason and I took a quick trip to Vegas. We went with our friends and had such a FUN time. Why is it so easy to stay up late night in Vegas but when I'm home I want to be in bed at 9pm? One thing on my bucket list was going to Serendipity and treating ourselves to frozen hot chocolates... Jason and I shared an amaretto almond and our friends shared a mint chocolate chip. Can I just say "yummy" I just had a couple sips because dairy makes my stomach ache.
