I hope you had a great Cinco de Mayo?! Y’all LOVED my styled bar cart I shared on Instagram. So, I wanted to share it here on the blog as well. I made this adorable grab -n go appetizer/drink bar cart. Which featured individual layered dip, chips and Corona beer. This idea makes entertaining so easy. All the prep is done ahead of time. I layered my favorite taco/dip ingredients in small plastic containers. Starting with refried beans, sour cream, sprinkled taco seasoning then added guacamole. My Mom would always ask her kids what we'd like for dinner as she was planning out the families weekly meals schedule and I ALWAYS told her tacos + burritos! I like the TexMex style of Mexican Food.
