I hope you had a great Cinco de Mayo?! Y’all LOVED my styled bar cart I shared on Instagram. So, I wanted to share it here on the blog as well. I made this adorable grab -n go appetizer/drink bar cart. Which featured individual layered dip, chips and Corona beer. This idea makes entertaining so easy. All the prep is done ahead of time. I layered my favorite taco/dip ingredients in small plastic containers. Starting with refried beans, sour cream, sprinkled taco seasoning then added guacamole. Topped with tomatoes, green onions, olives & cheese. I ended up using a baggie cutting the corner and piped the beans, sour cream & guacamole into the plastic container for a clean layered look. I hope you like this idea and maybe plan on trying it yourself this Summer during your next party!
