Back to School Cookies

It's September... Which means it's Back to School time! We hosted friends for dinner the other night and I decided to decorate the table in a  "Back to School theme" to celebrate their boys Summer ending and starting a new School Year. Frozen S’mores

INGREDIENTS: 1 box Chocolate pudding, instant 7 oz Marshmallow creme 8 oz Topping, frozen whipped 16 Graham crackers 4 oz Cream cheese 2 1/2 cups Milk Salt to taste Make the chocolate layer. Mix instant pudding, milk, and 1/2 cup of cool whip until creamy. Spread it across the bottom layer of graham crackers that are arranged in a single layer at the bottom of the dish. Place in the freezer to chill. Easter Cadbury Trifle

These individual desserts make for the perfect Easter Brunch idea. Whip up your favorite brownie recipe. (I used store bought brownies) Dice them in bite size pieces. Sweet Bunny Butt

This bunny butt cheese ball is a sweet treat to the classic cheese ball. It makes for cute Easter appetizer or dessert. I've never made a sweet cheese ball before and I have to say, I'm a fan! Frosted Cranberry Recipe

INGREDIENTS ½ cup water 1 cup granulated sugar 2 cups fresh cranberries First, combine ½ cup of water and ½ cup of sugar in a medium saucepan and heat until the mixture comes to a simmer. Stir until the sugar dissolves completely and remove from the heat to allow it to cool for five minutes.  Next, add two cups of cranberries, one cup at a time, to the saucepan. Spooky Oreo Bat Truffles

Ingredients: Oreos, Black Sugar, Red Hot Candies, Cream Cheese, Black Icing Red Hots + Black icing dots for eyes Prepping Truffles Finished Truffles displayed. Crustless Pumpkin Pie

Ramekins | Gold Stand | Nail Polish I’ve never made soufflés before now! I just bought these adorable individual ceramic ramekins with lids and instantly thought Pumpkin Pies would be perfect. I couldn’t  figure out how to add the crust so I decided why not try crustless pies. They are amazing! Truth is I LOVE the crust of the pie probably better than the filling. I made the soufflés just like a regular pumpkin pie but baked it a bit differently. I poured the pumpkin mixture into each ramekin and then set the ramekins into a 9x13 baking dish. Mini Flower Lemon Tarts

      Last Sunday, I made these delicious Mini Flower Lemon Tarts.  I originally found the idea on Pinterest but when I couldn’t find the exact ingredients, I had to add lib. This is what I came up with. I use Pillsbury (Pre-Made) Pie Crust and cut out the flower design. I then tucked the flowers into a mini muffin pan, making sure the crust was pushed to the bottom of each tart. Spacing them in every other spot leaving room so the flowers wouldn’t stick together.
